Slyoldfox2001- if anything i've posted has caused offence, i sincerely apologise.

ROD- i only started this thread as PMing had come to a bit of a stalemate. As it stands i've now resigned myself to the fact that the item won't show and that the moneys gone. Lifes too short.

Cheers

Sinister,

Sorry i was not having a go at you, i did the same as you pm'd him etc,all that happened was
i got slagged off and told to grow up by all his mates.(see post)

Hence i said do this via pm's.

oh and sinister...

each time i talk to you it just strengthens my opinion that your a scamming weasel

if i really was a scammer.. do you really think id be doing it on tmf??
for small amounts of money... which ive refunded everyone else for anyway?

Matt owed me some indicator rings that i never recieved that i paid for by cheque (£3.50) (that got their fine the next day) I have PM'd him numerous times to @ which point i started saving what he replied. I do quote and i dont mean to dig up dirt that the seller did say he had 'sent the indicator rings out by Recorded Delivery', after a further few PM's he said he would send a cash refund via recorded delivery in a DVD box. Now if Matt was clever...Matt would have taken note of the Recorded Delivery number...
When i questioned him further and asked him 'what the RD number was for the refund he told me twice he had sent' he responded with

'do you think i would be stupid enough to send a refund of £3.50 by RD??!!'

So i have concrete proof in my inbox that the seller has bare face lied to me - he never even sent the cheque/money by RD in the 1st place.

The reason i bring this up now i can see people saying 'why bother for £3.50?' but money is money to me like i said to Matt i dont care if it were £3.50 or £350 whats mine is mine.
So i feel sorry for Sinister because like me he feels he has been unfairly treated. He has a right to nag.

I would however like to say that Matt will be sending me the money he owes me via payapl when i finally get a new account sorted.

For me, it isnt the money its the way he handled the whole scenario... in future buddy dont say you've sent something by recorded delivery when you blatantly havent.

well thats a load of C**p.. and i have pms to prove it..

ive sent you a cheque.. and then i said i wouldnt send anymore money through the post for obvious reasons!
i said i would do bank transfer or paypal.. or i would meet you too! (to which i have pms to back up)

'do you think i would be stupid enough to send a refund of £3.50 by RD??!!'

the pm actually said... and i quote:

what would be the point in sending it recorded delivery if its not insured with the postal strikes

so i said i would send it alternative means..

ive lost out so far on an awful lot.. and for you guys you've only lost out on your money.. which im refunding you or sorting out one by one..
if i was a fraud i would have just gone.. but no im sorting it out.. so get off my case.

cooper trooper.. ive been more than helpful to you too.. said i would send the money any other way but post which considering the circumstances is fair.. should the items turn up your welcome to keep them too.
and at no point did i say i would be sending your indicator rings recorded.. it was offered as free post which would be first class only.. its on the thread!!

i also have al pms regarding this if anyone wants to read them.. including my sent and recieved pms.

if you got your arse into gear i would be more than happy to try and pay pal the money (its not my account)
but as you've messed me around for the last 2 weeks telling me you would sort one out im getting a bit frustrated... especially as you've posted the above too.

i will now no longer be dealing with problems in this thread... as each of you have given me different time limits.. and different complications.. (i now only have 2 outstanding issues and this is with you 2) so i will be taking this to pm.. and if you feel it adequate then you can post publically after the issue is resolved

Thats fine Matt just did appreciate being told porkies about sending things RD!

Its very admirable that you will be paying people back on the 28th despite the problems you have obviously had with Royal mail.

Hope you get everything sorted ;D

grrr... there is only you and sinister left to sort out..

its not admirable.. its the right thing to do.. you havnt recieved the goods and its the sellers responsibility to make sure the item has arrived even if its a loss.

its taught me a lesson i think.. send everything recorded.. but i also think tmf admin should take note and make this a requirement for anything in the for sale area. With tracking number needing to be posted up within a certain time.

im still waiting on you setting up your paypal.

Right, if Sinister and CooperTrooper are happy with the arrangements that have been made I'll close this thread (at least for the time being)?

I'd regard for sale ads on here as being more of a means of helping one another out in looking after our beloved minis. If you expect more of a 'commercial' service then surely you have to expect to pay for it?

Did the cat's protection League get my 50p Matt? ;D

Did the cat's protection League get my 50p Matt?

no but cancer research received a cheque for £52.50

not looking for a commercial service.. all these things im selling are all things ive bought from here before and after i bought my mini.. things i realised woudlnt fit.. or i found better..
and all of them ive made a loss on..
