With the SD and Roll Centre cages, you have the normal rear cage, then one bar that goes over each door, then follows the windscreen pillar then down to the floor. Then you have a seperate bar that goes across the top of the windscreen.
With the OMP/Sparco cage, again you have the normal rear cage, but the front cage is a tube that comes up from the floor, follows the line of the windscreen pillar then goes across the top of the windscreen. You then have two seperate bars that bolt in across the top of the doors.
IMO the SD/Roll Centre cage is a better design. On the OMP/Sparco cage, I believe the two bars that go from the front cage, across the doors to the rear cage are further into the car, ie closer to your head...

so going to produce my own detachable loom for the flip front. What is the rating of the wire that feeds the lights 8amp max? and the indicators will pull next to nothing.
The new loom will be using a ISO type connector at the back of the bulkhead covered in grease/vassolene(sp) to prevent water ingress. cant find a IP rated box any good for the application if any body knows of suck a box please let me know.
thats all for now

Hes took the sill off only to find tin worm has been eating my car

There is also rust around the air vents and window

He has also been playing with the hinges for the flip front

The only problem is that the brace bars get in the way so he's going to modify them
