Is there a story behind your tattoo, ipod?

Not a miami/la ink type of getting over somthing, drug/loss story etc.

after the one above i got done in Toronto Canada about 5 years ago, I was always on the lookout for somthing different (I dont like choosing from books)

Well anyhoo about 2 years ago i was at a Linkin park gig in Mylton Keynes and saw the gas mask on a hoodie....and straight away said "thats the one"

So bought the hoodie, well a few months later i was backpacking in Australia for 6 months and spent time in Darwin..walked in with the hoodie and got it started there.....heres where i get miffed

The artist said "no worries it'll take about 4 hours...well 4 hours later he only done a tiny bit, and was a sado, who was trying to drag it out to rip me off....

Got back to the UK a few months after n found a great local tattoo shop (recemended to me).....and got it re-started...they guy is fast, but very good...so far 2- 1 hour sittings (low pain threshold) lol....and he has nearly completed it.

sorry for the long winded story...but to be honest, your the 1st to ask

I'm always interested, because I have 4 tattoos and none of them have "meaningful" stories behind them so nobody cares, but they all mean something to me for various reasons

So yours sounds like a good enough reason to me!

I have a tattoo which is a design I saw in a tattoo shop in Byron Bay, and I had it in my memory and about 2 years later i saw it here so I got a picture of it and took it to my local tattooist

By the wayyy... Milton Keynes, not Mylton (I live near there)

As for the pain threshold - WIMP! My other half's tattoo took 6 hours All in one sitting And mine have varied from about 45 minutes to 2 hours

Yea Tattoos i think must have some meaning....ie mine remind me of a good gig lol and backpacking

I love Tatt's very addictive and like you also enjoy hearing the stories n meanings to them

i think id like it on my front somewhere i can see it, like my stomach to one side.

i had the idea from a long time ago, which is why i had the picture already

also have a friend who has it on his arm, that i never realised. he has it in memory of his brother who was killed, wont go into too much detail on the story as its not mine to tell

i always wanted it for something else tho

haha, didnt say why i wanted it, it will sound stupid to most people. but i will explain anyways

as you can tell from my display picture i am a skateboarder, and this is something that (beneath the *yellow human water* taking, jokey, baddass exterior) has been very close to my heart

i see skateboarding etc as more than a sport, more like a way of life. and i know someday my body or life, (buying a house, having kids, OWNING A MINI), wont be able to keep up the game

so basically i want this there as a constant reminder to me of who i am, and a reminder of the times ive had and the friends that've come and gone, and more so the ones who have stayed

so more than 'just a tattoo of an elephant' that everyone else sees but a reminder to 'never forget' who i really am

The S board Design came from the USA in the past.The market name was TRAKKER 3 sizes Half Mid or Full.They were dear but tops until i got a pair of USA GULLWINGS for tricks on a G&S deck.
Long Time Ago. It was top sport in my day.
The Tattoo Ipod is Great. With the gas mask bit i just thought i think thats the meaning and the Future in life.
