Basically just fitted all the carpets and seats and the new seat covers, only the door cards left to do for the interior now.
I gotta say i'm very happy with the interior, looks the bizz, and the seats are very comfy

PICS!

I'm quite pleased with the interior, very nice for a students budget lol.
I hope it's done in time, the car will probably be done, it's just the engine and front brakes which may not be ready

I got the carpets and seats in a package deal with P&L minis last december? sometime.

Tell your Dad he is a miracle worker! Both the Mini and the Lotus have beautiful bodywork. It is also cool that you got to do some work on it, im hoping to start "getting my hands dirty" with my 1991 Cooper!

Weeeeeeeeell got the cooper s brakes all cleaned up in a parts washer at my dads work, so now it's time to put them back together with all the new stuff that came in a big box a week ago

The head has been cleaned and sent of to be converted to unleaded and all that jazz....
And the arches have been sprayed and put back on! We attempted to put the chrome strip on them but it just wan't working! Everytime we tried to put it on it kinked, it would not go aroun the arch in a nice smooth arc, just kept kinking, tried the boiling water, hot air gun and everything! The chrome is probably ruined now so we'll need to order another set and have another go:(
Plans for the car to be ready by the 16th are NOT looking good atm
