ill be getting a big fat pay cheque soon, so hopefully ill beable to afford my head, cam and dizzy!

Thanks guys, i am begining to think it might actually be done in time!

I painted the engine in anti rust paint today and got it all masked up after putting hte head and rocker back in ect.
and then my dad sprayed it, we were going to do the full on original BMC green engine, but with time and money against us we decided to go with whatever we had in the drawr, so rover brooklands green it was! and i really like it, deeper and the BMC green and nice to be a bit differnent.

I've got a MG rocker cover to go on (i'll have to remind people it's not actually a MG engine lol)

Things are looking good, get the engine in, get teh brakes done....and just finishing touches

For some reason my phone won't connect to the laptop, so i'm affraid no pics at the moment.

Are you getting driving lessons as well, or just learning to drive in your mini? The first car I ever drove was a mini then I learnt properly in a peugeot 206, horrible car, id go with the mini!!

i'll be having driving lessons aswel, going to be weird switching from a 1975 mini to a 2005 clio all the time lol

You don't have to, but for the benefit of other road user's safety I think it's a good idea!
