The current trick involves 2kg of isopan!!!

Thanks for pointing me in the direction of this, It really has cheered me up. "2KG Isopan" Is that structual filler??? :thumbsup:

Think were at sort of the same place, bought a gem with our hearts turned out to be beautifully sculptured rot!! :lol: :genius:

Just read through your project. I'm impressed especially how much metal you can get away with removing at a time. Nice one.

so I decided to fit the Mk1 rear light conversion plates.

These need quite a bit of work to get them to fit and to be honest, I'm not really happy with them, however some filler should make it all better!!!

I've started on the other side but didn't take any pics.

I've also skimmed the one side with filler as well, should look ok, but wil take some work.


IMM here we come


Just one question, are you sure that panels been welded right? As to me it looks like it upside down and on the wrong side. O_O

They deffo arnt on upside down :D

Under that sticket if theres a single hole they are on the right way up but the could be on the wrong side?

i guess the only way is to screw a light on to see if it sits rights?
if not at least Spudnick will be unique :lol:
