to be honest i'm not surprised a crack has appeared, it's not that uncommon for it to happen, i had a crack appear just under my headlight when i got mine back.Oh, it'll be done for free, yeah. But its still £350 for it to come back straight away.

i think what i said last time shoud cure this, on some of the joins there were little welded plates this wasdone to stop that flex from happening!!! check to see if they are on there between wing and front panel join.(near arch lip) if there not get them to sort as it will happen again after painting. too much flex.

The best way I have found to stop this is to run small tacks every inch or two along the seam, on the outside.. then you can neatly grind the line back in without grinding the weld off.. then fill the seam with seam sealer which is flexible.
If theres any filler in the seam, it will always crack. But badly fitting panels always need filler to make them look something like right.
Good luck!

So much for a break, but...
I changed the discs and pads the day before yesterday. Managed to do that on me todd... The only thing I had to do was to get the garage to get the split pin back in the drive-shaft nut, as I'd torqued it up and the holes didn't line up and I couldn't budge it anymore!
So I took it to the garage yesterday morning and they just did that for me!

Then yesterday, at Pikeys - we (he) changed the clocks!! He's now got centre clocks and he looks fantastic! Thank you, Mike!

Just need to re-trim the dash, when I can be bothered

You just need a little ashtray for the top rail now.
