To be honest I dont think you should be on that Special K diet, and Holly I dont think the Slim fast thing is any good for you. It cant be good for you.

The key is to keep a balanced diet, but cut down on sugar, fats and carcohydrates. Obviously you need a certain amount of them in your diet but if you cut them out, along with exercise, you will lose weight.

Im not on a diet to lose weight, Ive never needed to lose weight, and I dont need to, in actual fact the diet im on (cutting down carbs but increasing my protein) should, in theory make me put on weight slightly. A 'healthy' meal for me, isnt neccessarily healthy for other people, for example, a full English cooked breaky fry up is actually good for me!! To most people they'd pass on that because its full of fat and protein. Ive just got to watch my carbohydrates and sugars as thats whats doing me damage. I must say though, the other day I was REALLY craving chocolate, but I resisted :ermm:. Thats something!! Ive been really good at sticking to my diet this year, and Im pleased as it makes me know im actually doing my body some good. Ive also been doing more exercise, which I have been advised to do.

edit:

But it's because i've been really busy at college, and when i do eat lately i feel really sick.

EXACTLY!! If you have been really busy at college you should be eating properly! Not only for energy but to keep your concentration!!

Im not being silly about it! But at the moment its helping me to contol my eating time! Basically i have 2 days off college a week and live on my own I have ALOT of work to do which involves being sat at a computer! I tryed getting up and going Swimming but catching the bus there and getting back is like a 4 hour round trip! However i do enjoy it!
