quick update.
been fitting the headlining yesterday and today. took me about 10 hours in total.
im glad its done though, and i hope i never have do another one ! lol what a pain in the neck these are to fit. theres a few wrinkles here
and there but overall im pretty happy with the result. :(

this car is looking great! hope your keeping it on 10's as they look fab and dont see alot of vtec minis on 10's...so summit different!

oh believe it, it staying on 10's! ive put way too much effort in and spent way too much money to change to 13's now. :(

surely the large tyres with compensate the size of the wheels by a fair amount?! i agree 10 s look very good

Sorry to bother you, I am mid vtec conversion (just about to order a subframe). I'm planning to also keep the 10" wheels and just wondered what subframe kit you were using?

its the Allspeed vtec frame for standard length minis. its a really nice frame.
not too hard to drop the engine into it as you can see >_< just finished fitting the engine in today.

That looks great, just a few questions:

1. How much is this all going to cost?
2. What kind of power will that be kicking out?
3. How easy is it to get hold of and fit subframes, etc?

Its just that I would really like to do this kind of thing in the near future.

1. How much is this all going to cost?.....................Depends how much you want to spend and spec the car at.
2. What kind of power will that be kicking out?............The B16a2 is about 170
3. How easy is it to get hold of and fit subframes, etc?.........Loads of companys out there make kits, Have a look for the like of watsons and allspeed
