It was pretty solid actually, from what I remember - most of the hard work had been done already. I sold it on for £50 or something stupid like that - what a f4nny
My wee black Turbo too - that car was ace. Remember when we stripped the back seats out, boarded it out with MDF and expanding foam and wanged a massive sub in the back?

What are your plans for the latest one?
Remember that fud way out in the middle of nowhere with the ex fire service pickup an a van shell we looked at buying? I wonder what ever happened to them after we got gazumped?

Plans for the Mk1 are just to get it back on the road then play for a while ....
Dave I bought that van and pick up from the boy in the middle of no where. Did that before the MK1
Got a better deal it is actually on the road. But the Pick up was boogered when we looked at it really........

I tries them body coloured centres and it looked ok-ish, I then tried cream rims and it looked gash, so back to basics - black centres and polished (ish) rims.

But they are not the right parts.
Dunno....its not as if there are a million variants of mini master cylinders, I definately ordered the right ones - yellow tag dual circuit for the brakes and there is only 1 option for the metal style clutch cylinder, but the seals are far too small. Neither one works worth a *melon*. This afternoon was spent fruitlessly *peeing* about assembling, dismantling, fitting, trying, dismantling, trying mixtures of old and new seals.... for the second time during this project, I got a proper rage on, and launched the lot out the garage door. All the cylinder internals are now scattered across the yard, so thats it proper *melonsed*.
"*drunk* off" doesnt even come close. *melonsing* wrong bits, *melonsing* useless, lazy sister, needless delays....im so angry with it i can hardly think straight.

My new brake master cylinder turned up today, so I should get that fitted tomorrow and hopefully get a proper test-drive in it.
There is also a pretty big autojumble on saturday not too far away, so hopefully I can pick up a pair of wing mirrors and a few other bits n bobs to finish it off.
