Well its started leaking again but i CBA to sort it this weekend . Anyone want a belt drive kit?

TEENY update which is I've put the SBD metal idlers together Decided I'd get the block sent away for machining ASAP so i can start building it up with the new H section rods and oil pump bits I'll get when payday arrives.

Edit: *might* also get some work done to the crank, Maybe?

My pockets are extremely UNdeep unfortunately I REALLY want to get this engine built this year, so most of my wages go on that! Loads of OT helps though Still plan to do L2B, MITP and Malvern too

And yeah thats what I'm thinking Jack. The local firm specializes in racing Vaux/Ford engines, so will se what they say when i take the block in.

Hopefully there will be some nice pictures of steel H rods winging their way into this thread . Plan to get the block machined, crank worked, and get the oil pump rebuilt with uprated internals in the next few weeks. Means the bottom end can go together and I can concentrate on the head

Well just got an earful from Mum! She don't like me using the plasma cutter in the garage . Anyways made a nice little tool to loosen/tighten the F20 diff retaining collar thing. Can't get pictures right now as my phone is being a right PITA, but its nothing amazing

Maybe i should have gone for that K series drive in/out conversion being advertised on 16v? Only about £1500 . Pfft half the fun is building it!!
