Ordered a fixed cambelt tensioner and bits to upgrade the oil pump from SBD today. The oil pump bits were ££££ but i CBA to mess about with a Z20LET pump and getting a modded pickup pipe. I don't think I'd have ever been 100% happy with it that way anyways. Steel H rods will be ordered after Malvern

Yep I CBA to mess around with it any more. Just keep topping the oil up and will eventually stick a fixed duplex kit on which I have laying around somewhere. Video update thing was an idea i got off Daz on the 16v forum!

Wayyyyyyy to easy Al . I'm seriously considering getting their tapered TB's, but use DTA. I just think if I don't do it now, I'll only regret it and do it later anyways

Budget wise I planned on a 3k engine build. I'm now 2/3rds of that and I haven't bolted anything together yet .

meh, id go multi's, cant see the real gain of tapered bodies, 2lbft increase for all that extra money? no thanks plus, dcoe flange lines up almost poifectly with vaux heads.

Haven't really looked at multi's to be honest. Long way off needing induction yet though! Whats the price difference out of interest?
