We've got Floyd parked on the drive all the time, and well Ive never seen any chavs come near it (though they probably have), being a good distance from the pavement helps im sure, but a couple of weeks ago some c*nt broke into the ZT somehow and nicked the radio.
Never had any problems around our estate (not council :D) with chavs coming up and just damaging things but I dont hold my breath as theres been a bit of that down in the park, which is a fair old distance away but our road lies between there and the council estate, which I guess is where the w*nkers come from.
Only reason anybody would want to damage Floyd is out of being a malicious c*nt, because he's not gonna be easy to steal, (for a Mini :S) and theres nothing inside him worth nicking.. but, Im not banking on him not getting damaged at some point, especially after reading this thread..

Absolutely sickening!!

Oh yeah, only 2 things weve had so far is car noises from one of them as we were driving down the road with the windows down, and one of them shouting 'Oi Timmy, gimme your Mini' (what the hell..??) as I was taking the doors apart...

seems like no one seems to like chavs on here (not that i blame any of you) but people need to relize that its not what thay are thats the problem not all chavs are the same way, its like one coulerd person shoting some one and then every one thinking all coulerd people are the same.

JOKING THAY SHUD ALL BE SHOT (CHAVS THAT IS) I LIKE EVERY ONE ELS IN THE WORLD APART FROM THE FRENCH

i read most of these then realised every one has teh same opinion
iv not noticed any vandalism towards my mini as of yet.
but from experience the best way if there is a gorup of chavs because they NEVER say any hting if there on their own

always go to the biggest one
and the rest will bail

or just keep an eye out

wait till you seem one on their own
and be like not so hard now are you

and then they get scared and say sorry

its just a big show
i am starting to think the best option is to nok them out before they have chance to touch you
and if i ever seen kids or chavs or ne one hurting a person or a dog id turn into KUNG FU T never mind kung fu panda

but iv never had to fight so the day i do i feel sorry for the person because ill take all my anger out on them :D

Yep chavs are annoying one peed on my engine so I had to take public transport.

It is true they do only say carp in groups, one called me a fag on friday because I didn't give him a smoke!
Probably because I told him to f off out of the shop for trying to buy fags stupid bell!

most of the older chavs in my area arnt too bad, they buzz around the halfords car park at night, but its harmless really.

they are starting to become aware that minis arnt slow, they get up behind me. my car hits 3000 revs and its game over.

ive had someone tow ball the rear of my mini, cant have been acidental, i parked it a good 25 meters away from anyone else in a car park.

I just love some of the 'council estate' slurs and generalisations in this thread. *Shakes head*

I happen to live on a council estate, there's little/no trouble at all here. I don't live here by choice, I live here because my father works for the city council and it's service accommodation. Nearly all the residents on here are perfectly respectable people. - Those that aren't, are just nuisances who play loud music.

The troublemakers, what few we have, come from a privately run housing estate half a mile away from ours! Some of them have tried to have a go at Monty - throwing stones, peeing through his grill & scratching names on his boot etc... the native ruffians on my estate actually sorted them out for it next time they came on the estate though LOL!

Maybe my estate bucks the stereotype, but still, remember that not all the residents of council estates want to be there or can help being there and not all of us are benefit-dependent, drug-addicted, fake burberry wearing scum either.

Nope, I can't tell you, sorry.

The Phantom French Car Tippers of Old Dorking Town struck again last night.

Our neighbour's 2CV was once again on its side on the pavement. :) :dontgetit: >^_^ ;)

I am developing a Cloaking Device for Matilda using Romulan technology. :) I shall let you know when it is up & running & share the knowledge.

Let me know when you've perfected it! My friend's beetle was assaulted this week, foot prints on the doors and the wipers pulled off
