Gutted i just manged to erase all 136 photos i took today of my first L2B Bit gutted on that front but had a great day.

There is some free software out there but I can't remember any names. Sandisk Compact Flash cards come with a file recovery software disc especially for flash cards. I have a spare one you could have if you don't manage to find anything else. PM me your address if you can't find anything and I'll post it off first class for free. Just don't use the card until you get the software.

Going to see him in eastbourne on thursday

L2B was good this year apart from my brother losing eveything backwards of the exhaust manifold , so if you see/saw a twin box large bore exhaust somewhere on the A23 let me know

it some how broke off whilst driving, though his convertible now sounds like it has a V8 in it when he drives it

Awwww!! You wont be disappointed he was AMAZING!!! We were second row back!! I took some photos on my phone because I thought Id forgotten my camera, then got on the train and saw my camera in my bag

i just got back , it was my first time there and i think it was excellent. when we got to crystal palace me and my dad dint think we were going to be slleping in the tent because we dint have a clue how to put it up lol but we did and it survived. i saw the mini forum camping area and saw a couple off you, i was going to come over and say hi but i was a little bit embarased (if you remember a big lad with a green jumper and shorts on that was me). oooo and miniman-pie your car sounds lovely ive got a few pictures but there on my phone and that has no battery lol. so i think i can safely say i shall be going next year (and i might come and introduce myself lol)

I've just tested it and it's picked up some photos from a couple of weeks ago after lots of formats.







Maybe next year I'll actually have a Mini and I'll be able to go.

what a great day was awoken by an excited taz sending me texts at silly o clock after having a coolent leak on the r1 engine saturday was alittle worried about the old girl might play up today but it held strong, tazs car went well with his new engine i was very impressed with it, saw so many nice cars and got a rear beam to fit over winter when the car will be getting a re fresh. had some fun with a gsxr on the a27 on the way home think he suprised to see me overtake him at 10,000rpm

so tired i'l sleep well tonight

Thought I saw your car packed opposite the start of the stands. Its very subtle! Didn't realise it was non A-series until I saw the front subframe tube just under the front panel.

was my first year too and loved it. woke up at 3.30 this morning to get in convoy at 4.30 and got to palace at 5-6. so worth the early wait!

big thanks to the TMFers at palace who came to say hello! sorry i didnt talk too much, it was a bit if a surprise and my gf and i are quite shy (usually solved if we're fed alcohol) im hoping to be camping next year tho so i look forward to meeting you all again, although hopefully sooner at another big mini event.

and an especially big thanks to David, Hannah and Danny for leading me in the convoy - i had no idea where i was going.

so what casulties were there? i lost my horn and indicators just after i got out of palace. got the horn back off its own accord but my flasher units gone pop.

oooh & I dont suppose there is someone on here with the plate : P571 FON - rover 1275cc in bluee! :] with bonnet stripes & spotlights! or if you know who it isss. would be rad if you could lett us know.

Purely because they where rad to be in front of on the run, then dom done a set of lights & they got left behind & THEN! we saw them in front of us on the motor way! then dom sped of again .
