quick call to Crocks and he wants the servo off
so servo off and starter motor is there any thing else i have forgotten ? (carb and manifold are now off)

Radiator, alternator, dizzy, just all the little things so it will go in and out easily?

got most of that already
did forget the top engine steady although i would probably spotted it when the servo came off

after a weekends work its almost ready to lift out
just keep thinking as i unbolt stuff that it's going to be much harder to put it all back

I'd take that plastic elbow for the air intake doodah off the inner wing too whilst you're taking things off in preparation.
Hope it's nothing too serious with the gearbox old lad!!

Are you the lucky one to scrabble underneath to do the gear change linkage?! Driveshafts and speedo cable can be disconnected as it is on its way out.

new one installed

lots of teeth missing on the transfer gears

and the bearings in the case chewed up

gear box seems untouched

but there is some scoring on the crank bearings so i need me bottom end looking at

big thanks to crocks for his help today
