Niki, do one.
Seriously.

It hadn't broke down on me at all. The reason I had come back, the battary was low, and wasn't getting up the bank so well, so I drove it back.

If it had broke, I would of said it was acting dodgy. If you remember, I was in the running to buy it off you, so I would hardly bought it off you, if it was broken?

Anyways, I am not continuing this on live forum. I am more mature than this.
But, all I will add is, if you knew what was up with it, how come you didn't fix it, and make more on selling it?

End Of.

Because you know what im like, il buy something i like, use it then sell it or put it under my bed. I bought that crawler on a whim, when it broke i wasn't bothered if/when it would be fixed.. Its just a toy to me.. Same goes for the part built brand new grasshopper under the coffee table.. and the brand new brushless traxxas thing on the top of my cupboard.

It wasn't a dig, you didnt even have to bring it up, it was a comment stating that the crawlers out of action for now as i can't be bothered to fix it.

Thinking a savage maybe a little too much ££ for a start but liking the hyper 7 but on that site they only seem to be RTR and really want to build it, so will have a look around and see what I can find

thanks again

If you want kits this is the place to go http://www.m-k-racin...th=...;<osCsid>

The hyper 9 is the newest in the hyper series, the owner of that shop is running one this season, so it cant be that bad. If you cant afford that, get the 8.5, you will regret it if you get the 7 or 8 because you will need allot of extra parts to make them anywhere near as tough as the 8.5 and 9.
If you wanted to go for a truggy, there is the Hyper ST, which i have, cant say i have ever broken it in the hole 2 years ive had it, and its been raced/ bashed pretty hard.

I'm quite into the hobby my self. I have a HPI baja 5b with a 29cc engine, Traxxas revo 3.3 with a RB TM523 engine, fully race spec Hoboa Hyper ST and a fully race spec associated B44.

I'ill get some pics up when i can find them, failing that ill take some new ones at the weekend.

i found my old one the other day and got it runing again, its a duratrax evader, i dunno if anyones heard of them before? anyway i had to get a new battery and motor for it to get it running again but i think the spur gear needs replacing too, and also i think it needs a new electronic speed control because it sometimes cuts out and its a lot quicker off the mark in reverse?? :)

and an anyone recommend a good electric road car? i fancy building it myself too and its gotta be sub £150 is possible? oh and faster than 20mph!
thanks

does that budget account for the ESC, motor, servo, RX and TX?

if not, you wont get anything for that money which is a kit.

also do you want a conventional on road, or a drifter?

I would highly recomend the HPI kits as they are fairly robust and very good value.

I would like a remote control mini that is fairly fast and that I can customise/paint the shell myself to look like my car.

Any suggestions?

you will want a tamia M03s then

its the only RC i know of that a classic mini shells is made for and fits.

Link

The standerd motor is faily nippy, but nothing like my B44, which i will get a video of soon.

ohh i see, i want a drifter, i've been looking at the tamiya tt01d which i've seen for £110 with the and then all i'll need is just the servo, which i think is just another name for the remote control lol?

TT01D

is this good make and model and reasonobaly priced? and i was wandering if i can just put some normal tyres on it for when i don't want to do drifting?
thanks
