by the way I've found that the un-named control box made by Tina may be for the heater and it seems she was always just as careful at cutting the holes in the boxes because they all look like that.

So are we saying that given we are talking about TVR, this is the most probable reason?similarly share power with the switch lighting feed that might explain it, although it would be a very strange way to wire something.

I did handle/move the boxes when I was showing people the 'solid' interior installation, made its persuaded a wire to come out of retirement?!

I have still lots to do before the first trip back to the ring next year, namely fit a cage and braces on the Rex.
Also i discovered that my tyres had gone off yesterday.....
