Managed to sort out some of the immediate problems I've had with mine lately. The battery charge light had come on recently, leading me to think the 'big fuse' was playing up. The big fuse is a 100A thing TVR stuck at the back of the engine so that it could corrode to make sure owners always had something to work on. Anyway, changed it over, and then the 'alarm' wouldn't turn off. Quick call to a TVR alarm specialist who reminded me to check I hadn't accidentally hit my hazards on.

Have had to clear out a good inch of rainwater out of the drivers footwell a couple of times in the past week though, already had new seals delivered, and have changed the horrible green side repeaters for nice clear ones now. Also got a throttle pot on eBay for a tenner (£80 new), and these wheels. Originally for a Lexus IS220 or 250, 18"x8, need to double check the PCD as I'm not sure its what the seller actually told me they were!

Your dead right about TVR and AJP's though Jammy. Thing is, I really want to use it as much as I can and there's no comparison in the reliability stakes with the LS motor. Doesnt help seeing Mr Clarkson throwing around a 650 odd bhp LS3 powered Corvette this weekend either

You had any heart stopping moments yourself yet Jammy?

Hence why I dont let him drive it when its wet or icey!!Have you got your 4.5 yet then? Brave man if your first few drives are going to be in winter, there's been a number of reports of written off Cerbs over on PH because of the wet weather lately, so drive carefully!
Please be careful!
AND RAZ!!! YES WE HAVE!!! ANd how he explained it, doesnt even explain how scary it was!! Be careful, it didnt take much!!You had any heart stopping moments yourself yet Jammy?
Too right!! She loves it, but not when its raining or iceyOnly one so far, and it wasn't really that bad, but it was my first! Just sat at traffic lights at a junction, about to turn right onto a two lane main road, the middle of the junction is cross-hatched, it had been raining all day, road was wet. Half way across the junction, just come on to the throttle and the back end spins up and I'm not pointing about 45* further around than I should be. Luckily I was able to turn into it pretty quick and feather the throttle and all was well again. Whole thing lasted about 3-4 seconds, must have looked quite cool to the other people sat at the junction, but I'm just glad there wasn't anything in the lane to my left! Rach doesn't like the car anymore, and I could feel my heart beating after that for a good five minutes!

You controlled it well though babes
