looks awesome!!!!
Great color choice! my clubby estate is going in the body shop this sunday to get painted Yukon Gray, but i'm curious as to which paint code you have as the can i had mixed a while back seems darker than that... was it the GR7 (Years: 59-68) code or the later LQS (Years: 90-98) code? - or maybe its just the picture/lighting that makes it look lighter?
in any case, great job painting it yourself!

cheers!

Hi, i believe that its LQS (Years: 90-98) ..

more updates to follow soon, plenty of progress made, just need to get some pic for you all :D

Started to bolt the car back together, im not far off now, only the dash wiring and and issue with the brakes to sort and some other small jobs to go.

S2 elise seats with harness in.

all the glass and polycarbonate in now in, grill, arches and some trim fitted, still have to fit the badges and the bumpers yet. oh and the passenger side is about 20mm higher than the drivers so will be winding it down soon.

Its a bit high at the front at the moment, as i want to get it on the ramps for the MOT.

run all new brake and fuel lines inside the car sorted the engine, fuel pump and battery wiring and it started up with no issues :dontgetit:

not long until MOT time!

Wow, looks really nice. The grey and black colour scheme looks fantastic! If you don't mind me asking, what sort of paint did you use to paint your engine ancilleries? is it just hammerite spray? or something else?

Good luck with the MOT.

Got some more done on the car recentley, having issues with the brakes atm.. First the master cylinder leaks.. (A new item) now the piston seals in the callipers are leaking, these are also new, not having much luck and replacing them will be the next job.

during the last month i have also wired the dash and sorted out alot of interior jobs.

Posted Image

The engine bay is 99% done, brackets have been sorted to support the intercooler etc.

Just the air filter and oil cooler to position.

comments welcome, cheers.
