Older Minis had them heater pipes go through were the pedal box is, but on the passengers side.
well, at least LHD Minis

There's propably a blanking plate; which is available with holes for heater pipes too.
But I'm not sure about that - just guessing

For the sills:
Here's a pic of the stock sills:
http://www.theminifo...x...t&p=1154197
They are open at the lower end to allow water to go out and vent them.
Oversills are closed and don't allow any ventilation - hence force rust *EVIL*
For the wiring:
Pheeeew - erm - well... I'm sort of electrically illiterate
Do you have a wiring diagramme? I connected mine according to it.
Without any special made expansive looms or connector (like my bare stock MkIII had).

Cheers,
Jan

cool thanks mate i dont think i have oversills now
i found some wiring diagrams in the back of the haynes manual but i did not understand them lol
cheers luke
Take a cup of coffee and read it carefully.
If you think yourself a bit in and follow the lines with a pen it starts to make sense (it's like one of those 3D effect books, you know?

Mini electrics a realy simlpe

I always made me a coloured diagrame of just the sections I needed and compared them with hte actual wiring loome in the car and worked myself thorugh.
"It's not magic - it's Lucas"!

But one advantage does the loom from spares have:
No need to cut wires!

Jan
