you could buy a mk1 switch panel, although the hole in the dash rail is smaller.... or you could make your own.....

yeah :shifty: if i pushed the switch pannel back would i need to shorten any thing?/

Also what would i need to do to be able to use a toggle switches in stead of the normal ones??

convert to toggles, you need some toggle switches, and some spade connectors, and a new panel made up.... lol you could simply make one from sheet metal or aluminium so that it bolts into the existing holes and drill the holes for the toggles... i would make you one, but i havent finished the induction to the workshop here at uni.... so even though i know how to use the machines, i cant.... :shifty:

Cool thanks mate, would i have to add in extra relays for the hazards? or is it just simply put on the spade connectors and away i go?
i think i will get some aluminium and bolt it behind the hole in the dash rail :) thats a pain about not finnishing the induction lol cheers any way :shifty:

nah, because all your doing ischanging the switches.... have you got a haynes?? if so, look in there at the older wiring diograms which have toggles, then you will beable to see where the wires go on the back of the switches...

Cool thanks mate, i have a haynes but the last time i saw it was a while ago so i better get looking for it lol if i cant find it i think ill be asking people for photos :crazy: to put the spade connectors on do i need a crimper thingy??

Got the aluminium cut down mate, was a right nightmare!

Today i was trying to change the speedo cable, but it didnt work, the only thing i achieved was a black oily arm :thumbsup:
