but what does ISO mean??

well technically its like an international standard, so its a connector used by all countries etc. you get them on headunits etc.

the ones im on about aren't ISO's but they look a bit like them

you'll see, on the back of the switch the big white block that plugs into it

ahh right i get you now, on the back of some of them though there are lots of wires coing into the ISO connector, what do i do with them?

Also im considering putting a bottom dash rail back in (really dont want to, i thikn it looks great with out it) as i cant seem to find a easy way to push the switch pannel back to hide the back of the switches. And i have not got a clue how to wire in the new toggle switches as the old switches have two spade connector things and lots of wires going into the back and there are only two spade connector things on the back of the toggle switches

hi luke, i've removed the bottom dash rail in my mini and pushed the switches back by lowering the front of the heater,

hopefully you can see by this pic

Sucks about the floors, just more welding practice then :D Good luck with sorting the switch panel.

Tried jump starting it today but i failed miserably, just carried on clicking at me :lol: so god knows whats up with it, was going to wire in the rev counter but i was a little pee'd that it wouldnt start so i went it lol plus i would only have been able to checked if it lit up.
