Haha as jack said it was having none of it, it made a couple of attemps to start but then it just carryed on turning over, so my mate is going to ask his dad then we will see what happens lol

Yep, its turning over, its got a spark (well i assume so my mate tested it and he didnt say there wasnt) and there is fuel getting into the engine. When i got my bro in there to pump the accelorator it made a couple of attemps of starting but then it just went back to turning over, we tried putting abit of fuel down the carb that done didly squat.

So hopefully his dad will know the problem as he is abit more clued up on old cars lol , but if not then it shall stay like that untill it goes to big damien for its service most probly (sorry about the cost nan )

alright luke this sounds weird but

we had the same problem but it was because the mini was very very low on feul and all the poo from the tank had blocked the carb (previous owner not us) after it was cleaned ect it still didnt go so we took the filter off the carb and was running rough but when we put it back it would go even worse. so me being me was bored, armed with a large compressor and air line. took the filter off and blasted it with air and it was full of dust and sound proofing took a while but it was clean. put the filter back on and was running fine, try it if all else fails you can give the mini to me

or you can buy a 998 (from mee)
