that would look saawwweeeet.

Yeh that stereo was a bargain, about £70 i think! Nice find!!

Yeh I think the black and silver ultralites are on the cards or revolutions! Gonna stick with 12x6's though!!

not a fan of black cars with clear lenses on...had them on my old red one and liked it but gonna leave this one looking smoother!!

Fitted the cone air filter today and making lots of woooshing noises now, still running rough though, gonna have a fiddle with the mixture screw, try to get it running any better, if not then I shall be taking it somewhere to get sorted!!

i think black with clear lenses makes it look a bit "sterile" if that makes sense. just no colour.

Yeh I know what you mean actually! I think I prefer it with that added colour in it, especially as I'm not doing the white roof or anything!

Right, been down to have a fiddle this morning!!

Now I've got the cone air filter fitted on I've had a play around with the mixture and am pleased to report that the car is now running a lot better, if anything a bit lean but at least it's quieter!!

Are LCBs usually very loud??

Also had the hubcaps off to see what the steels look like underneath! They're actually not too bad, so will give them (and the whole car) a good clean in the next couple of days and try to get a picture of the "stealth" mini up!!!

Hubcap-less now!!!!

Only temporary until I get some money to buy some real wheels!!!

They just need cleaning up, maybe a quick spray of black to get them shiny!

What do you think? Is it time to get the hairdryer out?

ooo ooo ooo....you may have awoken the beast!!

I've always loved those GT stripes...those in red with Sprite down them could be quite special...and I'm liking the idea of the red steelies!! May have to get the red spray paint out me thinks!!!

Right, this afternoon my mission is to find an extension lead long enough to reach down from my 2nd storey flat and connect a hair dryer to get those decals off....what are the chances that they leave marks on the paint work? They have been on for 15 years! lol!!
