Hi all,
I’ve made similar posts regarding a rough ideals / cut out after immediate start up which usually sorts itself out after a couple minutes warning up.
This time however my car (even when warm) will completely cut out when I go to break or clutch break.
I have noticed it also had a fairly rough idle now which it didn’t before.
Only thing that is different is that there are new vacc lines / fuel trap intake , ignition coil and radiator hoses.
Car starts fine and used to occasionally cut out if driven immediately after starting when you went to stop.
Now however the problem appears to be worse and cuts out whenever I go to break unless I literally tap it and roll to a stop.
My mechanic thinks the distributor cap could be wet and I should get a cover but this just sounds like the problem I already had has been exacerbated.

Is it idling between 850/1000revs when hot , if below this it could stall . Has the stepper motor been set correctly, you will need a diagnostics machine to do it. Check the crank sensor near to starter motor this might be playing up. Check all connections are ok
