WOW!. Nice, like the colour theme all the way through even underneath and those wheels look nice too, haven't seen many of them.
Paul.
yes! 5 years. in a garage working on it... amazing.
I want to get it in a few shows for him and mini mag. not for me. but for the amount of work he did.
he needs to get credit for it.
The wheels are really nice, rarely see Split rims now on mini's.
I put locking nuts on them straight away, but just have to be carefull with it.
edit: oh and the wheels are 6x12 I Think...
look it anyway.
Anyone know of good mini insurence for 23 year old?
aswell as Good alarm? maybe Cat 1 approved

Just make sure you keep it that way - Rust free and don't let the previousd owners hard work go to waste! Get waxoyl in everywhere and keep it clean!

Once you've bought all this it means you can just buy the 5litre top up cans and fill the pressure can up whenever you need to top up on waxoyl.

I bought the clear waxoyl pressurised can, the pressure sprayer to go with it and the extension probe. I reckon thats the easiest way to waxoyl a car, you just attach the sprayer, pump it up and away you go. The sprayers really effective and has a decent size hoe so you can get it around things and get good coverage everywhere. Then you can use the extension probe on the end of the sprayer to pump waxoyl into placed you can't get it otherwise - i.e. into the sills through the seatbelt bolt holes!
Once you've bought all this it means you can just buy the 5litre top up cans and fill the pressure can up whenever you need to top up on waxoyl.
cheers for that, will look into it. a.s.a.p
Did you notice the sills

he had the specially made, run from inside the car right underneath, and wrap around.
he wanted it so no water would sit on the car. and everything was either stainless still or sorted otherwise.
He even got all the nuts done, on the split rims!
so they didnt rust!

£270. which isnt bad at all.
took out a agreed value aswell,
Most likely... I may only use this once awhile to work, and mostly for shows, pleasure and going out.
I can work on my black mini still and just use that to work. as a rough and ready car.
this one is just too nice for everyday use. really is when you see it in person.

Im still over the moon
Couldnt sleep for days thinking if someone see's it and offers alot more to buy it now.
and if he didnt want to sell it in the end.
but he was a really nice bloke, and I'll make sure he gets credited, aswell as I said I will
take pictures of where ever she goes

I cant wait to go to mini shows!
this mini is too nice to work everyday.
So...
I think I will try and get the black mini behind it on the road aswell as a run around.
use that mostly and take herbie out for special places, mini shows. and going out.
need to get it waxolyd soon, and might get a car cover for the winter.

Very Nice car, Keeping fingers crossed for the MOT and hope it doesn't fail!

yea thanks

Fingers crossed, but we know the MOT bloke, get all our mini's done there,
and he only down the road.
I think he will be amazed.
I mean... I sat in and drove it up and down the drive, and the clutch... felt so wierd... cause it was NEW.
the brakes aswell. very soft on the pedal, but stop very well. all new pads, discs,
the sills are awsome idea.
he had a friend engineer build them, and they put them in there to eliminate all the problems with sills.
there very thick and tough.
