List of whats left -
get reducer from 51mm to 38mm, also 1 joiner for intercooler
find reason for indicators not working
and main beam n/s headlight
fit new trackrod end
find out what the clicking noise is coming from
fit new numberplate at front
tracking
TEST DRIVEEEEEEEEEEEE
MOT.
PTTTSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
TEST DRIVEE
MOT.
PTTTSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Its close, dont think im going to have it done before avon though espically to run it in enough for a long drive up 't north if not ill be going in the ZR , but i may just primer the new arches/roof for the time being and worry about that at a later date. main thing is passing the MOT,
It does run, still a little bit of fine tuning though to be done on it. dont know if this video will work but ill ge one of it tomorrow and put it on youtube.

Sounds great and looks like a nice setup, I can't wait to turbo mine but it'll be a while away yet.
However - Where have you been storing your car! Give it a wash and some TLC it deserves it!

cheers lads, ive currently got 2.0 fixed bottom arms on it at the moment.
might put it a bit lower once its all finished aswell, say another 15mm.
got the lights fixed today was just a bad earth in the loom, went to think automotive today to see if i could get a reducer for the intercooler, but they dont sell them, but i think the bloke dident have a clue what i was talking about, so going to get one from siliconehoses.com.
so the to do list is now....
et reducer from 51mm to 38mm, also 1 joiner for intercooler - going to order now
fit new trackrod end - get from moss tomorrow
find out what the clicking noise is coming from - cv, either no grease or ball missing
fit new numberplate at front
tracking
primer roof and arches, going to buy the primer tomorrow
fit new arches.

So glad too see you didn't sell this. Its one of my favorite cars on the forum. You still planning on the carbon bumpers? If you do I might be interested in buying you chrome ones off you. Keep at it!

thanks, probley will get the carbon bumpers sooner or later but think the mini has had enough spent on it the past few months, my wallet needs a break lol.
well it looks like the mot is on for tomorrow still, got my reducer from silicone hoses today but its too small, doh! so using the original orange o.e boost hose for now.
might even be at ace afe tomorrow if eveything goes to plan! doubt it will be clean though

Okay well i didnt get the mini MOT'd on friday as i was to busy, and was a couple things left to do aswell. although i now am insured on it now.
Got the roof all done on thursday, looks brilliant i think alot better than than previously. still needs to be flatted down as theres a couple little drips but apart from that it has come out really well.
done the tracking today, was 3degrees toe-out! and also fitted the new track rod end, also fitted the freshly painted group 2 arches. so all thats left to do tomorrow is grease up CV, & fit no-plate, then test drive with trade plates on lol Then spend the rest of the day cleaning/polishing it to make it look the dogs again. then mot on monday i think. although it is getting rather hot!! think it going to need a eletric fan, but we have got one off a rover 200, so probley going to fit that on the wing with just a switch to turn it on/off, saves the expense on a kenlowe.
cant wait to drive it again
heres some pics -
cheers.

Love it, it looks really great, and the sticker on the I/C is cool. Has it been on the rollers yet?
