dipped beam wouldn't work every so often and still with the new switch it isn't 100%. Just don't do what I did, whilst the switch is half connected touch the metal surrounding, you will get sparks!

Actually, has anyone got the digram that comes with the Twin HS2 rebuild kit they could send me? does it show how to put them back togethor? Would just like one to be sure, could someone scan me a copy? much appreciated.

Stripped my Twin carbs, now to clean them and put them back togethor and fit them, this rattle aint going to stop me!

Got told tonight my box has only done about 7000/8000 miles since a rebuild! I thought it was like 52000 miles old! rebuilt by pat curry who used to race sevens so should be strong. So I can now say my crunching of gears when cold isn't the syncros as they were changed I was told. Focus now on the clutch.

Ive taken out gearboxes in 500 miles. It could be, but have a whirl on the clutch first.

Might have just been over reacting, got told my engine is quiet and the gearbox is just general gearbox chatter. No signs of any problems.

I was pretty chuffed! my grandad who used to race them said it is general wear but nothing wrong, sounds quiet from the outside!
