My Mini spares basket is growing...

Hazards have stopped working, bugger.

Parked my mini under a lampost and away from the roads car firing line! she wil be safe there.

3 spins on the way home, Mini driving is fun down 4 inch covered lanes.

I want to rebuild carbs for a living.

Actually, has anyone got the digram that comes with the Twin HS2 rebuild kit they could send me? does it show how to put them back togethor? Would just like one to be sure, could someone scan me a copy? much appreciated.

Stripped my Twin carbs, now to clean them and put them back togethor and fit them, this rattle aint going to stop me!

I have to remember my car is 30 years old, it isn't going to run like a sewing machine.

Got told tonight my box has only done about 7000/8000 miles since a rebuild! I thought it was like 52000 miles old! rebuilt by pat curry who used to race sevens so should be strong. So I can now say my crunching of gears when cold isn't the syncros as they were changed I was told. Focus now on the clutch.

Might have just been over reacting, got told my engine is quiet and the gearbox is just general gearbox chatter. No signs of any problems.

Ordered a new clutch release bearing to try and get rid of this rattle on idle!
