Is the Stebel Nautilus Air Horn so loud MOT testers are going to be a bit iffy about it?

When we were in amsterdam a few years back, there was an old swedish guy there with an old cooper with a roofrack, and it had two long truck horns attached either side of it.
He said it was " loud enough to cause a landslide ! ", and believe me, it was bludy loud !!!

+1 for the Stebel horns. Much better than standard air horns as the compressor is built in so it's compact, but the sound is instantaneous unlike your standard air horns which take a wee while to spin up and get air to the trumpets. Loud and compact: Perfect. I have one on my motorbike which is great.

My wife's Clubman Estate has twin electric horns which are loud enough, but the tone isn't easy on the ears. My Commer van has a similar set which is more harmonious, so I'd suggest either getting a Stebel horn, or going to the wrecking yard with a battery and testing the horns until you find a set that works. You want two tone horns so the sound is 'tuned' so I'd look at Jags and Rovers or similar.
