hows the alarm fitment going?
figured out about the earth/live pins you mentioned at the weekend?

I'm affraid I've had no time this week to do any work on the mini, and I wont next week as I'm going away with my girlfriend and her family, so probably work will restart in 2 weeks .

Well...finally back from Scotland, saw some nice minis while I was there, no pictures though . Doesn't look like there will be any work done on it tomorrow, as I have lots of college work to do, but if I get most of it done tonight, I can crack on with some stuff tomorrow .

Managed to do a little work on the mini today , started to polish off the front end, and linked up the alarm, works perfectly and sounds good. Just a few more things to link up and tidy it up, then link up the central locking, and it will be all good .

Well, when I say wired in, I'm mean bodged for the while so I can see how and if it works .

If I get time tomorrow I will do a video, sounds cool , but Dad got anoyed in the end as I kept getting Sam to set it off lol.

But I can't seem to get the indicators to flash with the alarm . It has to brown wires that are supposed to be connected to each positive input of each indicator, but I thought if I connect these to the positive input of the the hazzard relay, it would do the same thing, but it doesn't. Now no indicators or hazzards work, so I might have to connect each indicator up individually . And fo some reason there has to be a wire going to the break peddel switch , and a few other weird ones.

I'll have to mess around with it an see what works, all that has been given to wire up the alarm is a simple diagram thats no bigger than my mobile, so its hard to understand some of it, and I think its been translated to english, so its not the best . Might get a chance to look at it tomorrow.

Oh and also pistons have been ordered, along with an interal aerial .

Went for the Mini Spares Evolution ones, they will need machining, but MED said they can do that .
