looks good, when do you think the engine will be back in the car?

no its not broken but I bagged up a few bits out of the garage a while ago, two bags, one to keep and one to throw. Went to get some things out of the bag about a week later and found a bag of rubbish , threw the wrong bag . Its the gearbox bracket i'm missing.
Oh thats good, what else did you get in the order?

Thanks mate, not sure was hoping next month, but got paid on friday, and its nearly all gone already, and the engine is nowhere near ready . How longs a piece of string?

Did you replace the Bearings in the Transfer case?

Well got the package from Mini Spares and well things just got worse from there, the main bearings don't fit the other half of the things got onto the block and the dowls are too small , I was hoping to get it all done for today so I could get it all timed by MED, but no such luck. So not I have just lost enthusiasm and momentum .

Are you sure you are trying the right bearings, and you are putting them in right?
Have you got an accurate torque wrench to build it up with?

Yup I have the right bearings, its that the notch in the bearings are to one side and the things they go in are in the middle . Nope, I have no accurate torque wrench, depends if I get that far with building it . Might drag myself out and have another look.

Found out what it was, I had bought the wrong ones , I had bought the pre A plus ones , and Mini Spares are out of the ones I need , things just keep going from bad to worse .

Think a trip to MED might be in order, I need to go over to get a new diff pin anyway , so I could pick some up for you if you like?
Also I'll bring a torque wrench home for you from work
