Got the Bill for the breaks that have been done (had new pads and discs fitted ) I did provide them
Just need to sort the fuelling out a bit as Thugs having a little bit of a drinking habit at the moment so hopefully get that sorted. Also need to sort the garage so I can put Thug in as the weather is getting a bit worse - still she's starting first times most times so doing well just need to consider changing the thermostat to a winter one or not .. Ill decide on Sunday at Malvern

well since the breaks have been done she's been a beauty
in the last month shes has a new column stalk fitted by me - rather impressed with myself as i finally bought a torquerench haha
she's had the carb rebuilt, and a new fuel sender fitted by the Mini Centre preston so was rather chuffed
Since then she has been a little beauty and ive fallen back in love
Thug took me and Jack (rimmer1993) to Malvern mini show and managed to get a new innocenti grill (winter use) some new spot (still need fitting) and a few other bits and bats..
since then i have been looking at wheels so i went to my local mini place and got myself a rather good idea ..also a way of keeping the retro theme..

the old alloys are starting to show their age and the falkon tyres are asking for trouble so i'm going to get the origional steels redone in OEW and get some hubcaps .. and yoko tyres but i cant remember the steel tyre size though!
so thats the plans for the new year in the mean time she's having a nap in the garage - although recently she's been my emergancy daily drive to uni as the corsa has had a few issues (4yr old car camshaft failure and ignition modle - lucky replaced in the new year too) so Thug may have a voodoo doll for the corsa haha
but the main thing is she's not feeling left out as I have been sepencing time on the estate which is now being saved up for.
thats all .. please let me know your thoughts on the wheels - thanks Nick

Last time i saw some that would fit, special japanese ones, they had little hooks on them to hold them onto the vents. They where on ebay and went for about £100 for 4.
Sorry to pee on your fire, i was gunna do this at one point but it just became a bit too much hassle.
Unless of course, ive confused myself and somehow you have managed to make them fit.
Hats off if you have.
