My engine rebuild thread is here but here's the engine specs if you want the quick low down:
1275 'S block, bored +040
Hypatec pistons (from australia)
S crank, S rods, ARP Ford big block rod bolts
ARP head studs and nuts
ported 940 head, isky springs, rimflow valves
Winsor 1.5 roller rockers
Swiftune SW5 cam with lifters and adjustable duplex timing chain
MED street lightened flywheel and back plate, orange clutch diaphragm

the Swiftune sticker will be coming off shortly, as soon as my special made plate is done

How much did the re chrome cost you?
it was 400$CAD (about £220) total to get the bumper along with the right underider fixed (both where damaged in the accident) and the 3 pieces re-chromed. i'm not sure what was the cost of just the chrome. i could get the 2 rear bumpers chromed but i have a feeling it will cost less to buy them (if i can find some!)

What hoses are they? I feel like having something a bit more fancy than standard black, but there is no way I want blue silicon.. these seem to be the ideal mix.

if you're in a hurry and dont want to pay so much (they are quite expensive) i found silicon tape sold as rolls at my hardware store, i used it to wrap my entire wiring loom. it might look good over regular rubber hoses, less annoying samco logos everywhere!

Do you have to happen the ebay ID of the bloke who sells them? cheers
"amberper" - their ebay store is "amber performance" or buy straight from samco's distributors: http://www.samcospor...istributors.asp
