well had a busy few days had 2 shifts now at focus diy going great last night i finnaly did the fuel pump and also changed the oil and air filter went for some 15w40 mineral oil to see what difference it makes with how long it last just for my own peace of mind

Did you use a repair panel to weld into the front or just a patch?

Or is it just filler?

he just fillerd it, he claims this is because he is going to fit a flip front soon, so doesnt want to be wasting money on parts to fix something he will throw away soon.

hahahah no not wrong removed all the shat first and treated the rust and then with a template behind did some filler 3 applications later and alot of sanding near perfect edges so i was v v happy lol

the hammerite does look lil shab but as is life

the cars has been running great since the other nights service bertie must have really wanted a standard air filter , new oil and the new fuel pump, i treated him to some fresh vpower and some redex today and i fixed the astra i crashed into and tomorow i will be buying some hifi speakers for under the rear seats as save makin a box and ive has this set b4

and im probs gonna get a new rad cap and send off the mini bits for some peeps off here thats if monsoir paypal and mr barclays have stopped rowing

had a busy day sorted the new speakers got some hi fi speakers whic ive fitted under the rear seats and when i went to fit some floor gromits which were tooo small found the holes in the floor have got bigger and when i checked the thicknes i pulled a chunk out lol

nothing mahousive went to see mark so gonna be welding some patches on the floor tomorow, replace the handbrake cable and poss quadrants and im gonna see if the rear cones needs replacing :)

you should leave the smooth boot it looks nice, have you any pics of the lock on the inside so
i can get an idea what i need ,
