Looking good mate, and a real shame about Tracktive, as they are so local :) .

Thanks :P
Yeah thats what I thought. Thats one thing I would like someone else to do who has done it before.
Giles knows one of the lads down there, so I might ask him to see if he will do it on the side

Oh yeah, this was delivered today too :P
Its an air / fuel ratio gauge. Although I found out tonight its best suited to N/A engines as its narrowband, not wideband. I'm sure it will be fine though, its better than nothing.

Yeah their quite handy, if nothing it will help you set your idle, being off boost and everything. Also adds a little interior bling:D

Yeah that engine looks good, all the end floats good?

What sort of power are you expecting for it?

Yeah, thats what I thought, at least it looks good :)

S-F-M it cost me £58 delivered

The crank end float seems alright, I was supplied with standard thickness thrust washers, so I just fitted those.

Hoping for about 140 hp at the flywheel. Decided not to go over the top with boost and keep it at 12 psi.

Haven't done anything tonight. Torqued up the rod bolts last night, and then found out that I didn't put an oil gallery plug in the block behind the timing plate, which means the duplex pulleys have got to be removed again :), which is a pain as they were really tight going on the cam and crank.

Not alot done this weekend, didn't get time on saturday to do anything.
Picked up some copper pipe that my brother got for me, and removed all the timing gear and timing plate to fit the oil plug that I missed first time round :ermm:.
Haven't had time to fit the pipe yet, but I tried bending it to see what its like but it doesn't bend very well as it starts to kink, any ideas?
