Went to the mini today to make a start on the fuel pipes, but it was too dark to see, so I had to leave those for another day. I ended up sanding down the fibreglass bonnet ready for primer. Most of the marks on it were actually dirt and came off, there are just a few little marks but I think they will not be visable once filler primed.

I heard that too, I didn't realise it was so soon. I was aiming for MITP, but heard that was the week after IMM :P

Yours could easily be on the road providing your engine bits are ready at the end of the week. Just whack a 998 head on, standard dizzy and your LCB, and you are ready to go. Run it in like that, then put the 1275 head on, the charger and the Megajolt on after

I thought you were going to run it in without the charger on?
I'm still going to go to the shows, there is no point missing out because they aren't ready.
Good news with the engine, see, yours could easily be done :P

I might, but I'd rather have the 1275 head on from the start. Yer I suppose we could make a dew without the minis.

It is one of the pipes from the metro turbo fuel pressure regulator that you have to fit and it goes back to the tank. You will have to modify the standard tank to allow a fuel return, or do as I've done and fit an spi or mpi tank which already has a fuel return on it :P
