Picked up an adjustable one a couple of months ago off turbo minis.
Just the bodywork to sort now

Also my brother being an engineer drilled 5 holes in the bonnet for me for the intercooler to sit behind. I'm going to get some mesh to go behind the holes. Thought I'd ask him to do it for me because I knew he would do a descent job, rather than if I did it because i would probably rush it and get them wonky

If I go to Mini 50 on sunday and my lad don't want to go , you
could cadge a lift with me if you want James.
Oh right thanks, that would be a great day out![]()
thanks.
Asked my lad and he wants to go to the Mni50, so I won't be able to take you.
But the club is leaving at 8.30 from the midland i'm sure if you turn
up there you could cadge a lift off someone, maybe James (clubby) will
going.

didn't really buy anything apart from an inline fuel filter and an A+ distributer blanking plug from MRA minis

Long time no update...
Went along to MITP on sunday with Luke and his Dad, great day out, thanks to you both.
Met up with 'Sprocket' as I was bringing along a turbo for him, great guy and really nice Mini...
Also met up with Turbo Phil, to pick up a few bits from him that I had bought..., another great guy, thanks Phil

Not done much really, I stripped the x pin diff to build that up but I knocked the wrong pin out first and broke off a little lug inside

Also Mini Mad Daps came over last night to have a look at the bodywork... Price agreed and hopefully work starting on it in 2 weeks

And here is a few pictures...

And the best bit, thanks alot Phil

And it slotted on the engine

Cant wait to get it fitted properly and get it back in!!
Oh and the head spec is : 36 in 30ex steel valves, unleaded seats, double valve springs, fully ported and pollished with 28cc chambers.
I'd thouroughly recomend Phil, the head looks brilliant and the prices are very good, check out his website www.turbo-mini.com

Yes nice to meet you too.
lol, it would be ideal for your s/c engine, it would lower the CR down nicely

that would be great if you could, thanks. Its starting to come together now

Luke, dont worry about the puller, I hopefully shouldn't need it any time soon
