Craig

Yes
Snapped fanbelt, hell take his socks off.
Brake pads worn, hell get some steel and make some.
Snapped bolts, hell take of another important part of hiss mini ie steering arm.
Flat tyre, take his flywheel off to replace it.
No jack or wheelbrace, hell use his teeth.

No, he will fill his sills, and cover the underside of his car with expanding foam, and drive across.

Haha - I'd like to see that :D

To be honest: I REALY don't want to know the dark figure of people drive around with bodges like that... :- He's quite possibly not the only one (which doesn't make it any better!).

He might be a good chap, I don't put that in doubt - but his sense for responsibility lacks a bit, don't you think? =]:)

Never mind all that....
...This kid has been working on cars for 3 years, and from what I gather is doing some kind of training or apprenticeship in mechanics?
Yet he thinks a failed damper will cause his wheels to lock up?

3 years wasted, right there. :D

I bet he wished he never posted such a thread now, because now he's made him self look like a total blonker.
I couldn`t have said it better myself!
