For christmas my parents have asked do i want wheels, interior or the above and other goodies including KAD quickshift, drilled and grooved discs with pads, K&N airfilter, maybe an exhaust (Playmini Carbon-Tec). So what should i get? because im unsure what to do.

When we were younger we all looked at the Argos catalogue etc now we all look at the KAD catalogue!!!!!! :fear:
Just leave it out for mum and dad to notice it!! :smartass:

Well, it depends on the order in which you want to build your car I reckon.

Now, personally I would get the seats later on. You are aiming to complete it in about 2 years aren't you? If so, you may find there are new types of seat by then, or that those ones will be out of fashion.

Also, you don't want your nice new interior getting dirty or damaged whilst you are finishing the car off. I bought my seats about 18 months ago, but they have been sat in my bedroom since then, now they are available £30 cheaper for the pair!

Yeah seats were probably going to be left until last and to be quite honest i think i should do the same with the wheels. So odds and ends it is i spose just got to work out what i want exactly.

Finally got the engine out! Im knackered lifted it with the gear linkage intact as it still wont come loose. :erm: It was a task un a half trying to pull the engine out without the gear linkage catching on the underside of the body and the back of the subfame. But its out in 1 peice, its dirty to say the least. Ill post some pictures in a lil while.
