What you lot think to the dash? it still needs hinge and a handle/knob but its nearly there.

Yeah and you know what that hole wasn't covered by rusty metal but by fiberglass filler :gasp: and so was the bottom of the battery box lol!

Im gunna ask me dads mate who made it for me whether he can do the rear parcel shelf and switch panel too. I think that would look excellent with the miglia arches. :grin:

A little change to my plans as ill definately be getting a clubby estate as a run-around in the summer. So gives me more time to save and take it a little slower;

Bodywork,

White wiv Black roof paintwork
Curley carbon-fibre wheel arches
Mk1 wings
Mk1 bonnet
Mk1 morris cooper grille
Mk1 morris cooper badges
Black 'n' silver pre 73 number plates
Chrome bumpers
Chrome wipers, handles etc.
clear indicators
Bullet mirrors

Engine 'n' Gearbox,

Standardish, Maybe stage 1 head
K&N filter
850 Gearbox, diff etc.
stainless exhaust (probs Playmini Carbon-Tec)
Solid engine mounts
mainly just a rebuild as its done 78,000

Eventually I would like a 1430 with Webbers but won't happen
until insurance costs allow

Subframes,

REAR:

Adjustable Spax Minispares shocks,
Polybushes,

Thought that because i would definately go for 10inch setup eventually. I may aswell take longer un do it whilst its off the road. Im lookin at a proffesional spray job by a Porsche specialist thats my next doors son inlaw who'll do a superb spray job for a discounted price. :rolleyes: But it'll still be a while i think due to the cost of welding on top so i may aswell do it properly un go full out!

Well finally weldings bein sorted out;
front panel,
2 wings,
2 A panels,
2 sills,
2 rear arch corners,
battery box,
boot floor repair panel,
boot hinge panel,
rear valance

all for £400+ depending on what needs patching. Pic's will be up as soon as it goes and my friends dad gets started.

...Im also going to go for the 7.9 vented minisport brake setup as its not much cheaper new cooper 'S' copies so i may aswell go for more upto date brake setups
