thats my car broken down in the background of your last photo i was hoping to have a photo of my car on the run on the forum but didnt think it be one of me stuck on the side of the road waiting for the breakdown truck
Things got desperate when I ran out of water... I had to resort to milk and energy drinks. So now my coolant stinks of sour milk. Time to flush the cooling system me thinks. Once on the move again the Mini behaved itself and arrived in Brighton in good time. The show was good, some really nice Minis on display and the autotesting in the main arena was good. Could've done with more autojumbles IMO but never mind. The drive home was good fun too.

Run wise, some form of signs would have been nice - we got lost again like last year but managed to find a pretty good back lane blast which eventually joined up to the A23, after trawling through the (terrible) London traffic. I had 3 minis following me, perhaps thinking I knew the way, but eventually they went their seperate ways. Revving the engine and seeing all the kids laugh made me smile.
The show itself was pretty good - lots of traders, lots of nice minis, although a tad cold. At least it didn't rain!

Was it you that came up and offered me water or was that someone else? Can't remember, lol. Thanks to the person driving past in a mini who gave me a bottle of water

Last minute decision to come down, had graphics to drop off to several people who were all attending so managed to kill many birds with one big stone
Oh yes the best one by far, nearly missed it being tucked away at the back. Didn't know you were there Martin?!
I've got a load of pictures, I'll put them on photobucket and facebook in the evening. That mini has the colour scheme I will be kind of going for, I got too excited when I saw that mini, we followed it back for a bit at the end. the rain was crazy on the M25, down to 30MPH. Lots of poor mini's stopping

I didnt know you were there Rahul!, Would have said hi mate.

two things...
1) Are mini drivers usually nocturnal? I just got up after sleeping for 15 hours, because i couldn't get to sleep the night before the run, with all the noise in the camp!
Same as me mate, i just got up and 3pm and went to bed at 11!!
Thanks for the pictures Ben, i guess...

Finally I made it to Brighton just after 2 o'clock after loosing most if the convoy, I got sent all the way down to the marina. Literately. After finding a few of my friends, we made the walk down to the main show to find loads of spaces free. By this point I was so angry and tired I wanted to just cry and wondered why I didn't turn around at the services.
That bit took the pee to be honest! Saturday was ace though. I'll probably be doing it again next year, but might park on the lower carpark or just not bother with Brighton at all!
Saying that though - the CB banter was good!!
CB banter? i dont know what your on about.
Was funny seeing your face when i zipped past you at about 80, you were like what the hell!

I ended up driving home with deamon child, have no idea how we got home, but they were some GREAT roads.
I think i drove though a lake, but no problems occoured, which was awsome.
Im definatly getting a CB for my self now, gunna get a PA speaker aswell
