be smart, fuel inject it...would be absolutly DAFT to go through the 7 port effort and not do it...and for those who are worried about the noise, set of ITB jenvys will more than make up for it!

i agree, if you want power put jenveys on it. my 45mm twin parallel jenvey dcoe flange throttle bodies sound emmense, they have more power potential, drivability and efficiency than webers. Theres a chap around me with an 8 port who used to have webers on it, took them off last year because he wanted more drivability, power and reliability. And he got it when he bolted some short jenveys on! And if you wanted to stick with a round nose he managed to get his completely hidden under the bonnet with enough space to breathe. And finally... there red! lol

The rest of the build looks awesome mate, very envious, really like the anti roll bar setup!

Cheers,

Al

well i wouldnt mind tbs but i allready got 1 weber which is 600 mile old off my old 5port and i can just buy a new 1 4 £250,maybe later next year after i got it all built and some more money,if all goes well should b looking around a true 130-135 bhp at flywheel, there is some wild figures out there, ive driven alot of so say 100-110bhp and my old 95bhp was alot faster and pulled better, its just down to whos rollers you go on,and how its set up,flat out or driveable,my old 5 port was track only cause it was 2 high compression and camey.it would stall at lights and when you come to a fast stop.the 7 port smooter running than the 5 port with big cams so hopefully should be ok(well ive got a bigger cam again)so by next month i let you no when it finally started up and set up.

Very interesting project, I like ARB's at the front. Also very interesting set up of the fuel system with the fuel king at the back. I suppose you can just run the main hose directly inside the car saving more space in the engine bay. I'll be using an 8 gallon tank from the same company good bunch of guys. Looking forward to the next update !

Now going for full metal front instead, so Sam's just waiting on the special lightweight thinner metal panels to arrive, then be fitted, then all be painted again  :o
