I haven't done anything. However, I did get some pictures from a nice man called Scott who is kindly repairing it all for me. That car is a giant rot box! It really didn't look too bad from the outside - I knew there were a few things but its genuinely surprising how much much metal has been eaten away. I will try and find the old project thread and link some of the pictures in.
I can't wait to get him back though and back on the road. I need to decide once and for all exactly how I want him to look as well. I have been around in circles about 4 times at least I think.

Took it to local mini club pubmeet which included a road run...
And realised how under powered it is for a 1275 when we got left behind...

put in new speakers and a hazard relay only to find that the left speaker works and the right speaker needs new cable...... and it wasnt the relays fault my hazards dont work......... so switch replaced and relay replsced must be wiring

Used it as a pickup truck!
...and pulled the choke cable while going down the road and realized I was running lean It had more power!

Bonnett straps what you think?
I Iike. Was thinking of straps front and pins back and ditching the hinges... for easy access. Is this a fairly common thing?

not to sure if its a common thing, i see them for sale at LtoB so i bought with not much intention of fitting just to try them out in afew different positions.
as for easy of access i suppose they would be
