Yesterday :- drilled holed in walnut dash to take extra gauges . Wired in new gauges , fitted new Alpine head unit. Fitted new 3 dial Binacle ( however it does not illuminate when lights are on) then discovered that the Clutch is goosed ( slave cylinder leaking)

Spent the best part of the day giving it a service new oil new filter and a good clean....next is flush the rad and new plugs/powerspark ignition...

Got my tower bolts out! And they're not cross-threaded, just took 2 large men pushing on a long pole to do it...

Replaced the windscreen seal which gave me some piece of mind and plumbed in my new heater matrix. A good day

Got a replacement engine round mine to go in tomorrow. Gonna be interesting...
Nothing special about it. Just a like-for-like 998 replacement because my current one is fuggered.

Replaced the knackered clutch slave cylinder, replaced the split bushes on the engine steady bar and fitted my new oil pressure gauge

Picked up a boot lid that I won on eBay for £5.50
What a bargain! It's totally sound, no rust or dents. I couldn't be more pleased with it

Fitted map light, removed dash trim and installed radio cage.

got mine ready for an MOT apart from sealing an exhaust leak from the Y piece, happy happy happy!
