Yeah I know, I'm not sure who owns them but I know a girl who has a mini at home and may bring it in to uni to.

Polished it using my new "Poorboys" polish then sealant - looks brill. 
So I did the VW as well!

Fitted front over riders and a restored AA grille badge, quick clean, applied magnetic signs and bunting, then we took part in a local parade.

Drove it 286 miles back from Paris to Crawley! Not a fault either way despite the heat and speeds, very impressed!

Did oil pressure relief valve mod now have good oil pressure at idle when hot, just need to sort coolant leak out of thermostat gasket and get it tuned up.

Tired to fix the annoying rattle at idle but no luck, a cutch bearing, head gasket, rocker assembly and 8 cam followers later, have my rolling road tomorrow so I hope it's okay

Started it, noticed a kink and some water sitting in the passenger door seal which led to me ripping the carpets up finding puddles in the floor pan.
2 holes drilled later and front carpets out later, the Mini is sat with it's new waterproof cover on it until I get new door seals and find the leak which has also made the rear passenger side floor pan wet.
At least I've found them before winter sets in properly

Took it to the rolling road yesterday where my plucky little 999 produced 50bhp at 5000rpm, he managed to get 20bhp more than when I arrived, the drive home was epic to say the least
