The last week or so has been repairing all the bits round the boot floor, welding the boot floor, plenty of grinding, removing the o/s sill, reparing the inner sill, replicating the strengtheners and jacking point.
Today welding the outer sill on, repairing the flitch and doorstep, (will be replaced properly later, little sis is home on Monday and she doesn't know it's being done 😛), more grinding, a run to the tip to empty the trailer, move the saloon round the garage and start to remove the n/s sill which will be off tonight so I can see how bad it is or isn't ☺

Finally finished all structural welding on the Red Hot, all welds ground down and etch primed the bare metal on the sills and repairs, next to grind the welds on the floor inside and etch prime then seam seal, bodywork next :-)

Tried to fit the radiator. Realised that my old cowling was modified, the new one wasn't. Half a day later it's cut and drilled and repainted black. If it dries quickly I should get it back together today. That said, only planned on spending an hour to finish it today!

Drove it back home on the last leg of my road trip. Over 1300 miles with zero breakdowns (By Top Gear's standards anyway)

Put a little vid together.

Nearly finished installing my new Sound System. Just the under seat speaker board to cover now but it all works! And a wash and clean!
