Bought it, already have a drover Mini Cooper s works with jack knight 5 speed, now a mini with metro turbo engine to go with it, well when I collect it.

Polished up my front wing after respraying it with aerosols.. Can't tell a difference! Perfect match and has come up lovely. Also gave it a wash ready for MITP tomorrow

Adjusted my front suspension. New cones had settled right down, sump was practically dragging on the ground and the upper arms were starting to become one with the bump stops!
While I was there I found a bloody rust spot on the passenger sill, had a poke at it and I now have a hole about the size of my thumb, gutted :(

Buy lots of parts at MITP..
F/S wing
O/S wing
bumpers
scuttle panel repair
rear valance
rubbers for windows
F/S door skin
and a few bits and bobs.. and now the fun part starts..

Fitted my accuspark module finally! Fail the first time since I didn't get a collar with my red rotor. Put on the black one that came with the kit which had the collar built in and worked like a charm

Got a set of stamped plates and a set of wheel centres at MITP. Stamped plates are awesome but the wheel centres are too small :( Time to get modifying

Cleaned up my engine block. Bought a new boot floor. (The wallet is hurting badly) Waiting for time to start the engine rebuild!!!

put in an adjustable thermostat to control an aux fan that will be going in to help keep Rupert cool.

started mounting some new seats before I realized I was missing hardware...

also swapped my right hand park wipers for left hand park since the park feature doesn't work and these cover more space in my view lol

Last weekend i finally got round to fitting my speedo cable, right pia to do since i had to change the gear as well! Today, finally got round to testing it with my sat nav ..... spot on :) Well chuffed!
