Changed the oil filter, gearbox selector seal + gaiter and engine oil. The silly owner before me had used 5w40.

Freed up handbrake quadrants, checked idler gear end float, -gave it a liberal dose of cursing and ordered a vernier to measure the damn shims.

Finished the bodywork, painted, rebuilt it, passed it's MOT first time and went for a nice long drive in the sunset...
