Sonic to do list:

Put some stealies on the front and send him off to have his A panel sorted
Paint the wellers
Paint the front and rear bumpers and headlight rings
Have tyres fitted to wellers
Get them filled with Nitrogen somewhere I know (every little helps! -and I mean in mpg not speed, pretty sure it doesnt effect speed)
get gel battery and sell or store Pug one
Fit stereo speakers and AMP. AMP Will be mounted to a piece of wood and mounted on the lip at the bottom of the rear bulk head behind the drivers seat, the piece of wood that the amp will be mounted to will be covered in black leather
Give him a good clean and polish (try and get some of the tree sap off him and pray its not done much damage to the paint)

nitrogen wont really help the mpg, what it does, is not expand when tyres get warmer, which is the idea when racing the pressures stay stable and you can control it more...if anything it will harm the mpg  but not likely at all

Will get it done for free at work.
Hummmm....... make me an offer dude. Its only been in the pick up for about 6 months. practically brand new from halfrauds

No it doesnt harm the MPG, it does help it. Thats why Chauffeur companies use it. And yes I did know about the fact that it doesnt react in the same way when the tyre gets warmer.
Anyway, its just I have the chance to fill them up for free, so why not!

yeah I only learnt about it recently through work (you know I work in business travel, so that's how the conversation came about)
Tristar Chauffeur company wont allow their drivers to use anything else and have the pump on site to fill the car tyres up with. I switched off after a while as I didnt really care that much!

The wellers are in a bit of a state, and need rubbing back. What grit paper should I use?

do you want them to last? if yes, shot blast and powder coat.

If not, 40 to remove all the crud, 120 to get it a bit smoother, 240 if theres any deep scored, upol filler primer, then colour.

Not going to pay to have them done, there only wellers to last me until the Reverse rims are banded.

Cool, Ta.

Looking good mate. With the wheels it'll be quicker to put some paint stripped on them all the you would get away with putting some wet on wet primer and them put some paint them :) quicker Easyer and looks good. Give me a text if you need any more advise

I was think about sticking a wire brush attachement onto my angle grinder and taking that to them? Theres a fair bit of surface rust on the rims.

You free during the week? a bit of advice would be good?

wire wheel would work, depending if you can easily get to all the bits of the wheel...obviously on mine it was far more difficult. Plus being yours are steel wheels, shouldnt harm the surfaces too much...careful obviously, nasty buggers them wire wheels
