We bought her some second had 12x6 revos for her car as her tyres will need replacing soon. But she has decided to get as much use out of the ones on their at the moment as possible before going to the revos (prob switch over just before L2B) So, in the mean time my lovely gorgeous wife to be has said I can borrow the revos for Sonic

So Sonic went fron this:

to this:

and now to this:

Will try and get some better pics, it was getting dark and I only had the rubbish blackberry phone with me for pics
Ive never been a fan of Revo's, but these do look rather nice. I don't really like them on Sonic, they dont suit him and the rear doesn't fill the arch very well, despite their already being a 1" spacer on the back. I test tried them on her car (Freddie) and they looked really, really good. Even if they are slightly illegal (way to much tread showing!) So it looks like new arches are in order for her motor before we fit the wheels to hers. They took her car from looking rather tatty, to a mean rat look!
I also had a quick play with the wellers and reverse rims on Sonic before I put the revos on.
Pretty sure these are 8.4" ...? they look standard to me.

The revere rims had no chance of going on without the spacer, but they do look like they would fit fine with 1" spacers and longer wheel studs
The wellers pretty much went with or without the 1" spacer, they cleared fine. (I just dont have any tyres for them!) I think I might still need the 1" spacer to bring them out to fill the group 5 euro arches, even though they dont need the spacer to clear the brakes.
I took everything out the back of Sonic, but then it got dark and I couldnt see inside the garage to put stuff away, so most of it went back into sonic! (all be it slightly more tidy!) Theres 4 15" Vauxhall wheels in there (for sale if anyones interested) 4 wellers, 4 reverse rims, 4 stanard 10" wheels with tyres and 2 12" wheels! (and some other rubbish!) Amazing what you can get in the back of a pick up!!!

and with all that in there the cover still goes on and lays flat!

So the wellers (that were going to be the winter wheels) are going to be painted, and going to get some rubber, and are going to be Sonics new shoes for this year (then Han can have her Revos back for Freddie.)
The wellers are just the easiest choice seeing as they actually fitted without the need for any brake mods or spacers..... Seems a little strange..?

Reverse rims are on the back burned for now (at least until the house and wedding are out of the way)

I knew of someone who's wellers fitted. So he got some tyres fitted and balanced etc.
Then they didn't fit as the wheel weights caught the calipers.
So watch out for that.

Edit: I dont need it without the weights, but if the weights fail (which I am sure they will) the 1" spacer should solve that problem..... ?

they came with locking wheel nuts and I nearly lost the bloody key 4 times!
(normally found it up my arse!)
Fixed that for ya.
The stick on ones they put just behind the spokes probably will catch, just use the hammer on ones and put them in the inside edge

-1 wiring loom for Hannas '92 Mayfair (dam things pretty much perished and melted the whole ignition loom together)
-1 Inner A panel and bracket for the pick up!
-1 Outter A panel for the pick up!
I might be able to open my drivers door soon!
Also need to think about some rubber as Hannas wheels will be going back on heres soon for Riv run.
Im thinking of putting winter rubber on the wellers as eventually when the Reverse rims are bannded to 7" they will be fitted with YOKOHAMA A032-R 165/70X10, so it would be nice to have the wellers to change to in the winter and heavy rain.
So, for the 10x6 welllers shall I get YOKOHAMA A008 165/70/10 or FALKEN 165/70/10 FK07E?
